I am rejecting this response because: none of this information was provided at any time when I questioned the staff in the office. There response was they don't know what is wrong or what's going on to the point where they lied and said it was working when in true reality it was not. When I do put in a maintenance request I have to call repeatedly because no one never shows up even after the fact they keep telling me someone will be by to look at it. Right now I believe my apartment is infested with bedbugs which I truly believe it has been this way since I moved in because I did report this but I didn't know it was bedbugs. My neighbor just moved out because he was having a similar problem he stated he had bedbugs as well. If I complain about this to the office they are going to state its in the lease that they are not responsible for bedbugs and so forth. I have never had an issue with bedbugs its ridiculous my children and I do not feel comfortable in my own apartment. The compensation was $50 which is not nearly any type of compensation for the hot water being out for a month. This is not an issue I have brought up with the owner yet I'm pertaining to the bedbugs but something needs to be done.
