In response to *** *** complaint; Ms*** was told from the beginning that she needed some kind of a road just so we could get her mobile home into the swamp where she wanted it setShe refused to pay for a dirt road so I instructed Mr*** to please go and see what he
could doHe went to the property and found a high spot that he could push stumps and trash to and level it out so he could get his dump truck onto the property to build the pad for the homeMore dirt was required to build the pad as high as was needed so Mr*** delivered more dirt and built the padHer home was delivered and setAt that time the Ms*** said the road (such as it was) was not where she wanted it so I instructed Mr*** to push the stumps and trash back to where he got them from which I paid $for out of my pocketShe still refused to pay for dirt to have a road built so I didn't build oneAll of the dirt she paid for was for the pad for her mobile home not a drivewayI have explained this to her multiple timesShe just doesn't seem to comprehend that I set up mobile homesI do NOT make improvements to people's propertyI went out of my way to help get the property to where I could even set her mobile homeMy wheel drive truck was getting stuckMs***'s land clearing contractor left her property in very bad condition. My company sets up mobile homesWe do NOT build drivewaysThat is up to the customerMr*** was willing to do it for her if she would pay for the dirtShe refused*** *** Permitting told me we wouldn't be able to set her home without land improvements which she still hasn't paid forAs for her wanting money, that's not going to happen as that's that's what she would have paid to have a road built in the first placeShe seemed to think that if she screamed at me I would just build her road for herAnd she needs to apologize to me for all the screaming
