We requested information with respect to our billing (our portion of the deductible)We drove miles to get an answer face to face and the credit manager who was about to give delivery of a child stated she would clear things upWe did not hear from her for about a month and when we made contact with her office we were told it would be easier to resolve it when she came back We then contacted her office when she was expected to return and was told she extended her maternity leave We then asked for further assistance in our pursuit of an explanationWe were given another individual at another location (within the Holzer System) and that individual proceeded to explain to us that we had not met the deductible of a previous insurance company ( [redacted] ***) We currently have [redacted] ***(My wife was a teacher at [redacted] )We could not get a straight answer Finally after approximately six months the original Credit Manager returned and apologized and stated
