The pre-inspection is a brief description of the items that are visible, that is why we offer the final move out inspection as wellWe cannot do a final move out until all the items are removedThis is why it is encouraged that everyone attend the final inspectionDuring every move out inspection we take pictures of everything that will be charged to the final accounts
I am hoping we can resolve this dispute about the final chargesI did remove the sets of blinds, the full clean, and the drywall with the headboard stainThe pictures do not show the magnitude of the headboard stainThe pictures of the blinds do not show the amount of dust and debris on them, therefor I have removed that charge as wellAs a final attempt to resolve this issue I agreed to remove the full clean
The pictures are very clear for the other charges and a detailed list of items and the cost of each item is clearly laid out in the move out paperwork that every tenant signs
