In response to the complaint by the two owners of the 2001 [redacted], all of he issues were being addressed at the time their complaint was submitted to you.  In order to complete all the repairs on the vehicle, parts had to be...

special ordered.  Once parts were received, the repairs were completed and the truck was Virginia State inspected.  All parts and labor were paid by the dealership. The truck was returned to the customers as soon as possible.

[email protected] Sirs, In regards to complaint id # [redacted].problem was taken care of somewhat because it did eventually pass both Va and Wv state safety inspections. But are still somewhat worried that other customers were or could have been taken advantage and never came forward.
