Ridgetop Timber Harvesting

This company did NOT honor their contractThey left a huge & very dangerous mess and refuse to pay their part of the land survey they agreed to pay David Durocher (owner) & his cousin Jeremy Rourke were contracted to cut timber on our propertyThey cut loads of timber & then told us to get a land survey, supplied a surveyors name & number & told us they would pay half the cost of the surveywhile waiting for the survey to be done they cut more loads of timberThey then told us they had a small job to do and would be back in weeksWe got the survey, paid the whole $1,for it and let them know it was completedThey told us that they would be back in about a week and finish cutting the timber, backdrag & fill in all the big holes their equipment made & get the dangerous timber they left hanging in treetopsWe have contacted for the last months & they refuse to pay their part of the survey ($600.) and clean up their messThey left holes deep enough that my year old g
