Review: Advertising and customer serivce issues....First off, the signage posted outside the apartment complex clearly states in plain English all office hours throughout the week. In other words, Monday through Friday, from 9am til 6pm....I come home from work at 4:30pm, the leasing manager takes off, closes down the office (as of 4:30) without leaving a note on the door....it should also be noted that on several other occasions, the office has closed well before 6 with no prior justification. If the website has posted office hourse from 9 until 6, and likewise the signage gives similar such indication, it would behoove management to adhere to or uphold these hours as stated and initially posted, less they be culpable of false advertising...Likewise, the customer service, since previous leasing manager [redacted] left has been nothing short of appalling...I had packages for pickup on Friday the 7th of March, the leasing manager ([redacted]) knew I was there to pick them up, but took off anyway...the maintenance manager made excuses for her, on the premise/rationale that "it was because of family emergency"...in that case, have someone cover for her in the office until 6pm...To compound matters, I voiced my dissatisfaction with supervisor, [redacted], only to be ignored and treated with contempt...my voice mails went unanswered, only to have the latter ([redacted]) call the maintenance supervisor and badmouth me as a tenant behind my back for merely expecting and demanding satisfactory levels of service...Desired Settlement: minimum half off one month's rent, ideally 1 month's free rent....
