Review: Purchased a vehicle 6/6/2015. As of 6/22/2015 we do not have a title nor the vehicle itself. The vehicle had multiple issues days after getting it home...... Drove back to Ridgeline for them to repair. The vehicle has been there ever since. We have NO title..... NO car..... And now NO job because of this huge disservice. Ridgeline today left a return message on our voicemail and after he thinks he hung up he is heard slandering my husband and me....... We purchased a vehicle in cash .... We have NO vehicle and NO where to turn.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I bought a used car on August 1st of 2013 and still do not have my registration or title. In addition, the three month warranty was misrepresented to me. I was told the company would give me a 3 month warranty when in fact it is an insurance company/policy that they offer. And I still don't have that in hand either! I received a letter from a company called "C.A.R. S. protection plus" stating that they reviewed my service contract application regarding the 2001 (it is a 2003) jeep grand cherokee, vin number [redacted] and the application has not been accepted because the contract is cut off and they did not receive the entire contract.

I have been in touch several times with Ridgeline Motors by phone and in person and I still cannot get any answers. They keep telling me that they are working on it .

Also my check engine light keeps coming on...the transmission is slipping and they had a auto shop look at it and they said that the transmission is fine.Desired Settlement: I would actually like my money back and return the jeep if that is possible. I am so tired of dealing with theses people and not getting anywhere.
