Ridgecrest Apartments

My name is [redacted] my address is [redacted] Tn 38127, I put in my 30day move out notice in ridgecrest apt on 1-14-14, Mrs [redacted] the property manager told me to turn my keys in by 2-1-14 or I would have to pay rent, so I did turn the key in on Approximately 1-31-14 ,I tried calling to speak with her on 1-3-14 but she was out of office so I left a message for her to call me asap I was trying to get the rest of my belongings. On the following day 1-4-14 I received a phone call from my friend that my things where getting thrown out as if I was getting evicted. Now I have a problem moving because she sent this to a credit bureau in charges me for not cleaning the apartment and repairs that they never came out to fix. I would like for these charges be deputed because she did not give me my full 30day notice in locked me out of the property to clean in remove my things.
