Review: [redacted] is the owner of this business. He was the one who promised me the world when I brought my banged up car to him. He and the adjuster both told me that my car would be ready in about 2 weeks. Well, its been over a month and everyday that I call, he yells back that its not ready and that I dont need to call him every day. He refuses to give me an estimated day of completion. Im losing money every day that I dont have my car. I feel frustrated and powerless. And I have, paying him $1,000 deductible to look forward to.I'm filing complaints everywhere I can.All I can do is warn others: DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!Desired Settlement: I want restitution for my troubles deducted from my deductable.
