manufacturer (Hughes Furniture) and the manufacturer ordered new fabric for the recliner to be repaired. The customer did not want to wait for the fabric to come in so we allowed them to reselect a new recliner. [redacted]'s wife reselected a different recliner on 8/22/16 and signed the invoice agreeing to the terms of sale. We gave them full credit for the original recliner ($305) toward the new recliner which was $509. The difference was the $220.32. We feel we went above and beyond for this customer. I have attached both a copy of the original order and the reselected order for your reference.
