Ridge Garden Apartments

I have contacted the office staff several times regarding several issues here in my apartment and the surroundings of my apartmentfirst we had requested to be transferred to a new apartment which we were started off with a credit and NEVER had a walk through of new apt which if I had I would never moved inWe have paint stained in our carpet a balcony screen door not on track reported several times we have a yellow dryer and white wash machine was told they would be replaced Never has and then we wake up on Saturday with wells and bites over me my mom and daughter called and reported to the office about bugs we had seen believed to have been bedbugs so I was told by [redacted] to contact the on call maintenance guy who did return my call and didn't understand why I called him he said he could do nothing so we went and throw all our bedding out these bugs were coming out the cracks in our walls so [redacted] informs me that Ztuesdsy is when pest control comes out and she made us an appo
