Good, morning my name is Furad W [redacted] the owner, of 4Rides Auto salesWe have just received the complaint via mail today in reference to [redacted] purchase of a [redacted] with 136,miles on itThis vehicle was purchased on October 30th [redacted] did a test drive prior to purchasing, the car from 4Rides in which there were no check engine lights on the dash board atthe time of purchaseI also advised [redacted] that he could, also take his vehicle to his mechanic the same day before purchase in which he declined [redacted] also went under the hood of the car and checked al the fluids before purchaseThe [redacted] was sold with a 50% parts and labor warranty on engine and transmission that was good for days only where customer pays half and dealers would pay other half: After, speaking with [redacted] originally I advised him to get car towed, to my shop so that we can have a look at itVehicle then was towed to our shop where mechanic determined that the engine failed due to car been driven while overheated, I then, again spoke to [redacted] in which he told me over the phone that car did overheat and he had no choice but to drive it to get to his destination since it was close to him and that is what damaged the engineOn December 16th I sent a text message to- [redacted] after getting off the phone with him explaining that it would cost $to replace engine with a used one that comes with a moth warranty and that he would have to pay his half $before we can start the jobThis job: typically takes less than a week to install between ordering, delivery, take out and installation of new engineI can be reach at ###-###-#### if you have any questionsFurad W.Owner
