I have employed Rider Mobile Homes several times over a span of 15 years and have both bought two and sold two homes with them. Their employees were polite and knowledgeable. Every time I needed their assistance they made the whole buying or selling process pleasant and simple. Worries and concerns never entered my mind when Rider Mobile Homes was on the job because they showed me their problem-solving expertise. I would recommend in good conscience George and his staff to anyone looking to buy or sell.

In reviewing RIDER REPO AND RESALE'S AS A BUSINESS THEY ARE HORRIBLE! This is because I have dealt with them personally. As for the thousand dollar deposit, it should have been returned under the "THREE DAY COOLING-OFF RULE" where all contracts can be broken, regardless of what the contract says... Also there should be an actual job and task that was performed. Did they have an accepted deal or even a pending offer... I doubt they did.

My experience with Rider Mobile Home Sales was fantastic. I bought my mobile home from Rider 10 years ago and I felt like they were honest and had my best interest in mind.

When it came time to sell in December of last year, they showed the home non-stop. They did everything they possibly could to make the home visible and get me the most money they possibly could. I am very impressed and if I am ever in the market for another mobile home I will certainly contact them!
