Long story short. While reviewing paperwork I was asked to sign to purchase a motorcycle, I saw that the application that was going to be sent to the bank had different information than I originally told the salesman and it also had specific income information that the salesman made up on his own.
1. The salesman originally requested my previous employment information. I told him I was there for 6 months. He changed it to 1.3 years on the application he wanted me to sign at the end of the deal.
2. The salesman never asked me my monthly income for the previous employer and he just made up a amount of approx 2,400/month and put it on the application he wanted me to sign.
When I questioned him about this, he told me it was no big deal and he has been doing this for a long time with no issues and the bank doesnt look at this stuff or care. I said let me cross out the wrong info and put the correct info in. He said they wont accept it like that. I tried to tell him that this would be fraud if I signed it. He did not seem to care. I ended up leaving without a purchase

I wrote a negative review on 10-12-14. The review was accurate, however I spoke with the finance manager the next day and he was sorry to hear what happened and said he would ensure the paperwork was changed correctly if I would like to come back in and a few days after that I called them back again to talk about something and the GM got on the phone with me and was concerned about the negative experience I had. He offered me the opportunity to explain to him what had happened. He agreed with me that the paperwork should not have been filled out the way it was. Ultimately, I will not condemn a entire business over the poor experience from one employee. The other two employees I spoke with (Finance manager and General Manager) proved to be a positive experience in correcting the negative one I had. As of today 10-18-14 I am scheduled to go back there when I get back into town and purchase the motorcycle from them. At this point, I would recommend someone consider them as a business to purchase from.
