Mr [redacted] purchased a 2004 Buick from us on 3/8/17, not 3/22/17.His temp tags expired on 4/22/17, not 3/29/17.He advised us of a problem with the car on 5/2/17, not 4/2/17.His automobile was purchased AS IS, with no warranty from us.  He also declined to purchase an extended warranty,...

after being given an option to do so.  We advised Mr [redacted] that since it was almost 60 days after the purchase of the automobile and that it was sold AS IS that he would be responsible for repairs.  But that if we could assist him in any way to get a reduced price on his repair that we would be glad to do so.  His expectation was that Ridenour Auto Group would be responsible for for the repair to his car, even though it was purchased AS IS, with no extended warranty.  This is simply not a reasonable expectation.As it stands, Mr [redacted] is responsible for the repairs to his vehicle.
