I ordered roses in advanced on February 2nd 2019, in anticipation for Valentines Day. One day before they called me to inform me that the roses I had ordered were sold out. I checked on the website the next day and the roses that I ordered were available the price of them was a lot higher than what I originally paid for them. They were trying to capitalize on Valentines day by dramatically raising the prices. I received a refund but no further explanation was given when I reached out to them by email.

I ordered flowers on the Rideau Florist website that advertised free delivery to ***. The called me regarding my order and demanded a $15 delivery charge, even though they confirmed that the website offered it for free. A conversation with a very rude manager did not resolve the situation and they would not honour the terms as featured on the website. They then cancelled my order. Very poor business practices.
