Review: Ride safely sold a vehicle to men in which I bought ..however.. it was falsely advertised. The pictures showcased that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The pictures were not accurate. My driver said the back windshield was completely busted out and there was no side mirror. Unfortunately long story short the driver did leave with the vehicle, but I spoke with an agent there and they specifically told me if the vehicle gets returned to the auction..I will get all of my money back. After disputing with my driver, he ended up taking the vehicle back, and then ride safely told me they cannot and will not refund me because it had been too long since the vehicle had left the auction. The mgr Leslie was rude and proceeded to keep telling me its my own fault and the drivers fault but they will not refund anything and take it up with my driver (as if I bought the car from him). She also told me I'd have to pay for the vehicle to go back through the auction process and the vehicle could possibly get sold for less than what I bought it for. This has been a long month process and I'm simply asking for my refund upon the return of the falsely advertised car. Again no one seems to care I spent my entire savings on a vehicle that to this sayin still don't even have, but they still sent the title to me as saying "oh well thank you anyway" I have been mistreated and my money has been stolen please do all you can. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund for a vehicle I dont have
I have bought a vehicle from www.ridesafely.com, on August 14th, 2015. today is November 1st, and I have not receive the vehicle title yet. Every time I call their phone number (215-289-0300) to ask where the title is, their answer is we will check and call you back today, and they never did. No title mean no license plate, and no license plate mean no one can drive the vehicle, so the vehicle is been parked for two and a half month.
