I've been having an impossible time trying to get in contact with the owner about cancelling my membership (there is no place to turn off auto renewal online). The customer service is extremely unprofessional. The business was responsive up until I mentioned cancellation and did not reach back out for a week. I got a text saying they would help me cancel and there was no follow up since then. Phone calls are never answered either.
My membership was set to end this month, yet the billing system says I will be paying through August and I have had no help with this whatsoever. On top of all this, instructors of this studio have not showed up for classes on numerous occasions.

Billing Adjustment Refund of the payment of $135.00 that was processed today along with a written confirmation that I will no longer be billed from this date forward.
