Review: We purchased a vehicle from Ride Now Powersports, and were deceived into buying an extended service contract. The contract was not explained, or displayed to us in a manner that was professional, or fully legible. We are wanting to cancel the service contract, which Ride Now Powersports is denying us from doing so, saying that the contract is non-cancel able. According to Washington State law on motor vehicle service contracts, RCW 48.110.075 under section 4-subsection a, "At a minimum, every provider shall permit the service contract holder to return the contract within thirty days of its purchase if no claim has been made under the contract, and shall refund to the holder the full purchase price of the contract unless the service contract holder returns the contract ten or more days after its purchase, in which case the provider may charge a cancellation fee not exceeding twenty-five dollars." We were also told by Ride Now Powersports to talk with Numerica, Ride Now's lean holder, which told us that the loan for the service contact had not even been given yet, and that Ride Now are the ones that can cancel the contract. To which we then called the Revdex.com, who told us to file a complaint and said that Ride Now improperly disclosed contract and service information from us.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of the service contract for the vehicle that we purchased.

To whom it may concernAt this time all concern of Mr. [redacted] have been dealt with through the dealership. He did indeed purchase an extended warranty and he also purchased a preplanned maintenance agreement which is not a insurance policy as he so indicated. These plans are designed to help you maintain your oem's service schedule and are managed by a third party. Both the extended warranty and the pre planned maintenance contract are clearly disclosed with pricing and term on a menu disclosure sheet in which the consumer has to not only verbally acknowledge they also have to acknowledge with a signature. It is true the pre planned maintenance contract once entered into by signature is non cancelable, as they are not insurance programs, warranties or guarantees. It is also clearly printed on the contract in the acknowledgment section that it is non-cancelable. After speaking at length with Mr. [redacted] about the concerns it was decided he would keep the extended warranty and we would change that from an after market provider that offers the same coverage's with a $0 deductible to a oem backed policy with a $50 deductible for his own piece of mind. After discussing the pre planned maintenance contract it was decided we would ask the administrator of the contract to honor Mr. [redacted]'s request to cancel, after a couple calls from the dealership we where able to convince the administrator to allow Mr. [redacted] out of the contract. To date Mr. [redacted] is happy with the resolution we were able to provide him and is enjoying his new PWC.... We look forward to Mr. [redacted]'s future business and helping him with all his power sports needs.
Review: On May 19 2014, I submitted an online credit application for a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard for $5,399.00. No where on the online application does it mention any hidden fees or "optional insurance". I did receive a phone call when the finance agent, [redacted], started processing my application. I waited a day and when I did not hear anything I called him. He told me I had been denied my finance and that I should hear from the bank for the reason why. I will go on the record and say that my credit score got messed up in 2009 but I have a great job and have been working hard on rebuilding it. I was disappointed to say the least but excepted it. I received the letter from the bank on May 23, 2014 stating I was denied for a total loan of $9,856.00! $4,457.00 dollars MORE that the list price of the motorcycle. I was/am outraged! I called the company about the difference and they told me it was due to tax and licensing plus optional insurance. I then asked sense it was optional insurance then why would they ask for it without talking to me. What it comes down to is that they were trying to make way more money off me than the bike was worth. I have read nothing but negative reviews online regarding this business and thought I would try it myself, thinking that they could not be all that bad. Boy was I wrong and now my credit has suffered due to their unprofessionalism.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter or invoice of all the charges that went into that asking price of $9,856.00.
