We are wanting our builder to provide us with all the written documentation concerning the warranty info for all the major systems of our new house We took delivery of our house Feb and at that time we had several "punch list" items that still need to be fixedThe front door being "marked up" and the stainless sink in the kitchen with scratches and rust stains being the most important The builder did come out and "buff" the sink and it did look better for a couple of weeks but then the scratches and rust spots returned The builder did twice try to replace the front door and after ordering and both arriving damaged they just simply disappeared We have tried calling over times throughout the year with no result - they just dont answerWe also tried emailing multiple times with no result We then did text the build around xmas time at which time he said they were on vacation and that they would send us the warranty info at the beginning of As of today w
