I am addressing Mrs***'s complaint on against Riddle Heating and Air ConditioningThe complaint made against us is in no way trueHere is what really happenedThe 1st call we received from the ***'s was on On this initial call we were given the address and the
problem reported was that the air was cooling fine, just some of it going under the house due to ductwork being tore down againWe have repaired this ductwork in the past twiceOnce in June and again in August We are not sure why this keeps having to be repaired every year or soWe don't know if there are animals tearing it down or what but we have fixed it before and it continually is being tore downOn that 1st initial call on 8.5.14, we advised the customer that we were really booked up with installing and repairing other customers units that didn't have any air at all and that we would put them on our ductwork listWe did in fact do thatWe advised them on that day that it would probably be several weeks before we could get to itThe only other call that was made to us was on which was a call checking on the status of where they were on the list to have their ductwork repairedNothing was ever mentioned about a/c not cooling at allBoth phone calls, the customer stated that the a/c was running and cooling fine, just had a ductwork problem and that was itWe are being accused of something is just not trueIn their statement they stated that a neighbor of theirs called and we came right on outI'm not sure who the neighbor was but if their a/c was not working at all, that is why they were servicedWe explained this to the ***'s when they called us, that they stated to us that they had air, we were trying to get people air that didn't have any at allWe have been in business way too long to have accusations made at us like this and especially when they are not trueWe don't feel that we mistreated this customer in any way
