Good afternoon,   I am responding to the above complaint that our company received. The customer resided on property from 6/27/14-4/4/16. The customer's last lease expired 6/26/15 at which time customer chose to not sign another lease and continued to reside on property on a month to month...

basis. For 10 months the complainant resided at Rio Spring knowing he/she would be charged a $75.00 month to month fee and that he/she would need to provide a 30 day notice when move out was decided. The complainant was mailed a statement of deposit which gave a description of the charges. The final charges he/she accrued at move out consisted of carpet damages in the amount of $200.00, pro rated rent in the amount of $116.00, pro rated water $6.13 and month to month fees in the amount of 160.00, deposit in the amount of $175.00 was applied to these fees leaving her a balance of $307.13. He/she was given 30 days to pay balance or it will be reported to collections.
