Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want to use the elevator for one week before I will sign off on my complaint(1) The two repair visits were outstandingly good, except on the first visit the repair man took with him our key to my elevator, which he brought back on his second visit(We thought we had lost it, so my son, who dealt with Mobility Elevator during installation, called the Parts department for a replacement, but then he got a call that it had been taken by mistake.) (2) I also expect that in the next week I will receive confirmation from my very reliable, quick working expediter with the Brooklyn Department of Buildings that the official elevator permit, which the liaison from Mobility Elevator just said he has filed, has indeed been filed (during installation, this liaison was often unreliable)I realize that the issue of the permit was not in my initial complaint, but that issue has just been brought to my attention Regards, [redacted]
[redacted], I believe we have satisfied Ms. [redacted] complaint and have her elevator up and running as of yesterday. We will always do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers and that's why we have ALWAYS had an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. I hear the Ms [redacted] was even nice enough to give...
our mechanic a tip when he was done and she said she would follow-up to remove her complaint Sincerely, [redacted]Mobility Elevator & Lift Co. Inc.[redacted] Office###-###-#### ext. ** Cell ###-###-####
