This work order was
received in our office 7/1/Upon receiving we immediately contacted this customer to schedule the serviceUpon speaking with Mr*** we learned that this service was for his 2nd a/c system in the home for the downstairs and that he had an upstairs system that was currently workingAt his request we scheduled his appointment for 7/a week later due to his working a 2nd shiftThe morning of the 7th our service technician called and Mr*** requested a rescheduleWe accommodated him and rescheduled for the 13thThe accusation that we lied and let this customer sit for weeks is falseWe did everything in our power and to the customers request to service in a timely mannerThe morning of the 13th we confirmed and arrived at Mr***s residenceAfter the diagnostic it was determined that Mr*** needed parts and we contacted *** for authorization of the partsOur technician gave them the list of parts totaling $and authorization #XXXXXXXXX-X was issued for that amountWe repaired the unit and the customer has been up an running ever since with no complaints
When the service invoice was returned to the office and billed, the invoice was faxed into *** Home warranty on 7/The invoice reflected in the notes the check for the deductible of $received from the customer and showed an amount due of $The check simply was not posted to the balanceWhen we tried to contact *** for payment there were multiple phone calls, faxes and messages leftFinally after a complaint from our business was filed with the Revdex.com we received reply and payment which was over of days later We at one point added a $late fee which was waived off the original total
All of this would have been avoided had they contacted us or answered any of our inquires as to the status of paymentThere is no intention of slander here just a request to communicate and get the status of payment for the open invoice amountWe in no way have any intention of gouging as per this complaint and this is a retaliation from the original complaint filed by our company to the Revdex.com and this complaint should have no bearing on our A+ rating
We also deal with many home warranty companies and have had no complaints or problems with serviceWe are at this time satisfied with not continuing future business with *** Home Warranty Services
