Review: This company has very poor customer service. Have had to call and/or email repeatedly to get response which are ignored. Incorrectly billed for canceled contract location which I was told was canceled out but still have received invoices for canceled location. Poor customer service feedback :: repeatedly changed company contact information but Jan P** still calls/emails incorrect contact. Regarding Franchisee cleaner :: poor cleaning quality and communication at our [redacted] & [redacted] location.Desired Settlement: We do not recommend this company and have canceled all our contracts with them.
