The customer made a purchase and the card used did not have enough funds we informed him the card was declinedHe then used another card it was approvedThe customer states his card was charged and we advised him it may be a temporary hold which normally takes up to hours to come offWe never
received a double payment on our endSince this complaint we have refunded the customer $cash to resolve the issue
