any previous damage to the front end. We have included a copy of what we do to inspect the vehicle. We also do a Carfax history report on each of our premier vehicles. The report is also included in this response. We do our best to insure our customers get a top notch vehicle for their money. All things considered Ms. [redacted] received a very good used truck. In Ms. [redacted]"s complaint she said that she purchased the truck 1/12/2016 which was wrong, purchase date was 12/8/2015. She signed a purchase agreement which incorporates a used car warranty which allows her to drive the truck five hundred miles or 15 days after which the vehicle is considered sold "AS IS", which is a state law in the state of New Mexico. In this particular case Ms. [redacted] had us deliver the vehicle to her in Colorado some 4 hours away from our town and take delivery after hours. She had brought with her a person to help her inspect the truck and give her advice on weather the truck was a deal or not.As far as I know the windshield was not broken when we delivered the truck to her, maybe she got a stone chip on her way home, nobody knows and she should have insurance on it to get it replaced. I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] is not happy with her purchase but she had ample time to return the truck if she wanted to. I respectfully deny these claims brought forth by Ms. [redacted].
