I am rejecting this response because: I have sent in all documentation and permits so-called permits and pictures of what we received and pictures of both a paper invoice and a digital invoice and they were all lies.  It says on the receipt grinder pump we received a 2 inch submergible pump that cost $304. He could not have put in a grinder pump with our electrical system the way it is, so whoever inspected either is ignorant to all ramifications of their job or they are  colluding with you and your business.  Not only that we gave your company a chance to apologize for swearing at me on my own property and  degrading me in front of other men andfix the job and you refused!!!! Now you're just trying to lie your way out of it not going to happen!!!  And yes I either want a refund  for everything we had to pay to fix which totaled $15,000 or your license  taken away. So you can know longer fraud people.  I sent all paperwork into the CID.  The Attorney General and I'm taking the matter to magistrate court myself. I served my country for 12 years proudly working for Vice President Biden, and all the money I saved went into our new septic system,which was supposed to be brand-new when we bought our house. But it turned out it was a big sham  and I have all the proof I need the public needs to know this man is a fraud. A+ Raiting more like F. I respectfully ask that you give him an F rating or the lowest possible writing you can give him he not only swore at me degraded me refused to fix the job and took all of our savings.people need to know they should run from this man period. I know integrity and this man does not have it. We live by a code in our house of honor courage and commitment. I have no Reason to lie.The guy who has already altered his business name, went from partnership to sole proprietor and refused to Answer any letters from our Attorney.  You only evade if you're lying and I'm committed to letting this town and everyone around here know that he cheated that he lied and that he took our money because that's the truth!
