Rick's Roofing

Called this business based on suggestion from neighbors who had whole roof replaced last year. We recently noticed one spot on our roof that looked suspect and wanted it looked at as soon as possible. Spoke to Rick, told him our issue, and was told he would call me the next day to let me know what time he would be over to look at it. Waited around home all day, no call, no visit. Waited another day just in case, but never heard from him again. If they don' t want the job or were too busy at least have the decency to let me know and not leave people hanging. Extremely unprofessional and irritating. Meanwhile, now it's the weekend and I have to try to find someone else after wasting my time waiting on a call that never came. Very disappointing.
