 Please see attached messages.  If we may speak to someone at the Revdex.com we would appreciate it. We believe that Rick has given [redacted] and us bad information so that we cannot find him but we still intend to try doing exactly that.  My husband and I have been corresponding with someone from [redacted] who has proven to be equally as incompetent as Rick and who will not honor their own guarantee. It has been a very frustrating experience with Rick and [redacted] to say the least.  I am going to try and attach messages so you will see that we have done everything we could on our end to provide estimates, receipts, photos, etc. We feel confident that we have the proof we need and the fact that this Rick Q[redacted] will not respond and/or give his real address/information shows how unethical and disreputable he really is.  Hope to talk to you soon! Thank you for trying to get to him and if we can retrieve his real address and information we will send it to you.  We have written [redacted] on several occasions as well because they are responsible for having Rick's info on their site and they know what he has done yet they are not doing much about it themselves. They also are not honoring their own guarantee of replacing items that a service provider has damaged. We will also send info on that.  We have written to [redacted] so many times yet they give us the same song and dance over and over.  I am including just one of the many correspondences that we'd had with them and I included our latest letter to Rick Q[redacted].  Thank you.
