We have received tenant's complaint and responded swiftlyThe following repairs were made by the on-site property manager and his crew on June 20, 2016: (1) Installed an new smoke alarm; (2) removed broken sheetrock and installed new sheetrock near hallway and master bedroom; (3) replaced screw on stove handle; (4) replaced globe in kitchenAn investigation was made for mold and/or mildew and no incidents of either were foundThe work order also noted a follow up order to return to sand and paint the hallway wallIn addition, the regional manager of the property will be conducting her own investigation on the property to determine whether the property manager may have overlooked any mold or mildew so that we can respond appropriately
