When Mrs. [redacted] bailed out the individual, the fee was $1000.  She only had $500 so we made arraignments with her that the other $500 would be paid.  After posting the bail Mrs. [redacted] decided that she no longer wanted the responsibility, so the defendant got a new signer.  I told...

Mrs. [redacted] that she was still responsible for the remaining $500.  She signed paperwork stating that the money was nonrefundable.  As far as the new bail, she is not paying for it,  the defendant and new cosigner is.  We did nothing unethical and crocked.   We have paperwork signed by Mrs. [redacted] where she promised to pay us the remaining.   We will be happy to explain this to her again,  but we have explained it to her several times already.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not disputing what I owe. That's not my complaint. My complaint is that [redacted] the person I bailed stated that he made a deal with Ricks Bail bond to use the money that I have paid and will pay for the 2nd bail that was posted. [redacted] stated that he didn't have to pay ANY money at all since Rick was getting the money from me. In fact, [redacted] stated that Rick knows that the $500 that is due [redacted] will pay since my bond is still being used.
