I am being charged for non existent damage to a unit belowThis company manages [redacted] where I own a condo. They receieved a complaint from the owner below my apartment that there was water damage. They called an emergency plumber who could not enter my unit as noone was home. They said they confirmed with my tenant and will take care of it. The plumber could not enter as noone was home but I am still being charged $200 for the plumber. I came to assess the damage with my own plumber and he has found no water leak that could cause damage to the unit below. Called the company and reported back but they refuse to consider this information and are proceeding to "fix" the damage at the unit below and charging me for it. I have seen the unit below and there is no damageDesired SettlementI should not incur any charges since there is no damage.
