Rickey's Septic Tank Cleaning

Review: I had Rickey's Septic Tank Cleaners come out to clean my septic tank on Aug. 12,2015.

They said they had completed job and I paid them $155.00 for service. Two days later I had problems with toilet backing up. I called a plumber that night and was able to relieve the problem. It happened again two days later and the plumber told me to call [redacted] company. They flushed main line. Again two days later the toilets again over flowed. I called [redacted] and RIckey's. Rickey's said it was the main line. [redacted] came out and opened the septic tank and saw it was 90 - 95 % full. I contacted [redacted] Septic Tank Cleaners who also said it was not pumped out. They did an excellent job of cleaning the tank. This time I personally viewed the tank before and after they finished. I told Rickey's what occurred and they deny they did not do a good job and maintain it was the main line. But I saw the tank filled almost to the top and what it should have looked like after the job is done properly. I paid $155 for nothing, plus the cost of a plumber , [redacted] and another septic tank cleaner to get the job done. I recommend no one call them for their services or I should say lack of service.Desired Settlement: Warn other consumers to beware of this company. I know I will not receive a refund.

Review: In May 2014 I contacted Rickey's Septic Tank Service to clean out my Mother's septic tank. He reported to my Mother's home and said he could do the work of cleanig out her tank and commenced to completing the job. Once complete, my Mother said she could pay him with a debit card and rickey went to raising a fuss stating that if he had known she did not have cash he would never have took the job. My mother is 82 and has bad nerves and I have never hired a company and did not pay them. I contacted rickey and informed him that I would be sending him a check...he was quite rude to my wife and I. I wrote the check out from USAA Bank on 12 May 14 and it was cashed by rickey on 20 May 14 for $160. On 18 Jun 14 I hired [redacted] Septic service as the septic tank apeared to be having the same problem. [redacted]) called me stating the tank was not properly cleaned as the top was never removed in order to clean it. If the top was not removed what did I pay for? If I am to take a business being rude to me AND do not provide the service I hired them for I deserved a full refund. This septic tank issue is a health problem and could be a healthy lawsuit in court should I choose to go this route, but for now I simply want my money refunded from tis company.Desired Settlement: A full refund for a service hired for, but not 100% completed.
