never heard back from her.  My personal phone was turned off due to my being hospitalized and if she was calling the office, the serviceman would have received the calls.  I received from her a check on Wednesday 8/24/2016 when I was going through the mail since I had been away from the office for several weeks.  Since she was not satisfied with our work, I returned her check in full to her along with a note of apology.  We always strive to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our work.
