Bought a rickenbacker bass I February 2014.it is an awesome instrument.recently noticed a defect in finish. Although the warranty only on finish was for one year they took instrument back and fixed it. [redacted] in customer service couldn't have been any more courteous and kind. They really back up they're product.what a great expierience .
