To whom it may concern in the past years express towing provid service for greater Sacramento area with quality and experience for its customer The person made this complain they should take a responsibility about their mistake and not to park their vehicle in private property instead park their
vehicle on the street and that's why their vehicle got towed in the first place The vehicle was on the tow truck and they are lying that the vehicle was not on the tow truck it is totally dangerous and unprofessional to chasing after motow truck and for safety reasons driver cannot stop because that will cause confrontation between the registered owner and tow truck driver unless the vehicle still it's on the ground and it's not on the tow truck and that wasn't the case and they are liable for all the fees
