Although we disagree that we should refund the deposit as we are well past the business day law, and also since we have already put effort into the back end of the job, we will refund the $as requested in order to maintain our perfect rating with the Revdex.comIt doesn't make much sense to
have a contract if in the end you can run to the Revdex.com to supersede a signed agreement and hold a companies rating hostageCheck will be in the mail this week

While I disagree with the customers reelection of the events, I do not wish to argue over $Please advise the customer to forward $as full and final payment for the job doneThe only reason he is now coming forward to respond is because he was served papers to be heard in court

Please see attached proposal which has been signed by the customerI have noted the portions of the document that apply to this situationFurthermore, the customer has not paid us for the job yet, and obviously has no grounds to a refund.We are expecting full payment immediately, or we will be
taking this to the district court where there will be court and attorneys fees, which are also part of the contract to be recovered if such action is necessary.Based on previous experience with matters exactly like this one, the customer will be subject to additional costs nearing $additionalI have been down this road times in the last yearsIt always ends the same.I will wait for further instruction before we file.Regards
