My business have contacted them a month ago and they gave me a timeline when they would potentially be able to come out. After a few weeks, there have been no further communication. When I reached out for the final time, they said that they were unable to assist. My initial thought for them to come out and fix a phone line connection with the consideration of possibly redoing the whole system if they did a good job. It looks as though the project was too small to come out. Therefore, they lost my business and I will tell all my vendors and customers to not use them as well.
