I purchased a 2002 Audi a6 in June 2015 and have had nothing but major problems since day one and have been lied to this whole time .This dealer has a bad reputation for selling pretty junk cars I did not know that until after I purchased from him. The Audi came with a bad heater core no breaks a slipping transmission and a broken axle. Through the process o have been told that I would receive a loaner car and even this weekend a different car all together. The mechanic for the dealership has no knowledge or equipment to maintain the vehicles and only works after 6pm. I was told to bring my car in and it has sat there for two weeks and has not been touched this is the third time in nine months this has happened when I call [redacted] either is to busy to talk or just ignores my calls I asked for my down payment back and was told no even though they continue to deduct payments from my account for a car that is always broken down.Desired SettlementMy down payment was $2000 and I have played another $3000 since I have had the car I will have no problem taking $1,200 to use as a down payment for another car. He stated he would give me another car on 4/2/2016 but that was just to string me along. After his mechanic gave me a ride in a 2004 altima with no working interior lights and said it had a electrical problem he couldn't fix but it passed inspection so they could still sell it I don't want another car from him $320 a month and yet I'm always walking.
