Review: Non - completion of deck railing for which we were charged. Charged for metal shed doors which were never delivered and installed. Charged for windows that were measured incorrectly, on top of the charge for windows that were measured and installed correctly. Multiple calls have produced no results.

For safety reasons we were forced to complete the deck railing on our own. The shed doors (3 sets) are still not completed. [redacted] measured the windows incorrectly, and initially began to install the incorrect windows (much smaller than the originals he removed) until we stopped the process. The windows had to be reordered, and we are now stuck with the incorrectly measured windows. [redacted] was paid in full, and never returned, despite multiple calls.Desired Settlement: We would like the money refunded for the incorrectly measured windows ($900 each X 6 = $5400), Deck railing $3200 and shed doors X3 = $2,000.
