I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
He does not address the repeated attempts to return the item the day after I picked it up. I tried no less than 3 times in the first week to arrange shipping of the item and they would not acknowledge my request for a RGA.  James disregarded the requests so he could then say he has a 30 day policy.

This is in response to a letter that we received from you
regarding a complaint (ID [redacted]).  We
do not accept returns unless stated on the invoice within the stated
timeframe.  The item was sold as is and
the purchaser was made aware that the item was not eligible for return. I have
