A certified licensed state inspection technician preformed a inspection according to procedures outlined by law in the state of West VirginiaHe then confirmed his findings with a second technicianHe found rear control arms had excessive wear which by law will not pass inspection
due to it is a major safety issueCustomer was quoted to repair the vehicle to pass Wv state inspection ( we have a copy of this quote in our system )Customer agreed to repairs originally then asked us to hold up until she went to talk to her parentsThis is why there was penetrating oil sprayed on the boltsShe returned sometime later and declined repairs at this time .At that point we placed a rejection sticker on the vehicle which is required by Wv state law and charged her for the inspection and tax which includes a 1% city tax required by the city of Nitro..As you can see we did everything correctly according to Wv state lawAs you can also see her numbers are very exaggerated as is her story.What really needs to happen here is whoever placed a valid inspection sticker on this vehicle without repairs needs to be inspected.
