Hello, The reason there was a delay in the time to install the door was due to the manufacturer sending the wrong size panel on two separate occasionsfor this inconvenience I apologizedThere was also a day that we arrived onsite to perform said service and the customer was not home and asked us
to rescheduleDuring installation *** *** husband was advised that the door would require additional work as it need some framing adjustments; sometimes framing problems occure and cant be determined beforhandthe cost for that would have been $The customer was unable to pay for that service at that time and said they would have it done possibly in the springSo for that reason the door is not able to be connected to the operator because it is rubbing against the framing of the doorIf the molding on the door is torn that can easily be repaired and we have no problem doing soThe first time we heard that *** had concerns with the door is when we contacted her because her first partial payment had bouncedWe were told by our bank that the check was written off a closed accountI have email messages and text messages to verify this which I have includedThis customer contacted me yesterday stating that she was filing a complaint because she could not reach meI find that hard to believe when I communicate with her from my personal cell phoneShe did not complain once since the until she was informed that her check bounced and we needed alternate payment. We installed a door, we were kind enough to take post dated checks due to the customers husband being laid off of work and now we've have to deal with bounced check chargeswe like to resolve this quickly but payment needs to be rendered since they have the product or as an alternate we can simply pick up the door that was installedPlease let us know how to proceed
