I have been unable to complete the job for the customer at hand is because there has been lots of rain recently so it has been too wet to work. Not only that but due to a heavy work load I haven't had the time to get by there. The bad weather is the cause of the damage that they are speaking of in the complaint. However, I have since spoken to the customer and I plan on completing the job and correcting any damage done as soon as I possibly can. Good morning Johana,This email is in response to the closing of my case. ID#12202157 I have only been contacted once by Rick Mabe on June 23rd about my yard. He spoke with my husband but has yet to come and fix the problem. I was under the assumption my case would remain open until the work was completed. So my question is how do I go about getting the case reopened until he fixes the problem?I misspoke on the date that Rick called. It was Friday June 16th not the 23rd. He said he would fix the problem but has yet to call back or come by.
