Saw an ad they had on CarfaxWe live 1/hours away so we called first to make sure the car was availableWhen we arrived they wanted to collect every bit of information about us short of a pint of bloodAfter politely explaining that we would only give them that info after determining whether to do business with them they get this bewildered and confused look on their faces as the used car manager yells across the sales floor that the car was not available because it was in "service" to replace the drive shaftIf the car was having that serious of mechanical issues why was it being advertised and why were we told it was available for sale on the phoneThey were however eager to show us other cars they had availableClassic "Bait and Switch"With these tactics I would really question the validity of their positive reviewsI went to their website to their review section and chatted with the online service assistant apparently there is no way to post an honest review on their website
