I went to look at a vehicle they were advertising onlineAfter no response through email I called asked if they still have the vehicle and I was on my way (2hr trip)I got there going the advertisement conveniently left out some minor discrepanciesThen after contacting my bank to find vehicles valueThey were almost $5k over book valueOnce I mentioned this to the sales man he went ballisticEven after telling him I had cash in hand and I liked and wanted the vehicle just not $5k over valueThe man was in his 60s I would thinkThis was his words "*** off our vehicles are not junk and we don't give a *** what book value is"Keep in mind I remained cool and never cussedI never called the truck junk I actually liked itAfter trying to calm himI continued to try and discuss the price to see if they would come off anything at allHe continued to cuss me outHe started to walk off turned around told me to *** off again and that they done need my *** money while walking away flipping me off with both hands as he walked off
I then drive to another dealership and paid cash for their vehicle that was well priced according to value
I would stay away from this dealer, I really hope the one salesman is not a representation of this business but after trying to contact management by phone, email, and FacebookI never got one response I'm thinking this dealership just don't care about customers
