On Saturday, March 16th, I called four different electrical contractors, needing emergency service for electrical failure in my home. The first one said they couldn't come until next Thursday, the second did not tell me until four hours had passed that they weren't taking any service calls today, even though their ad promised emergency calls 24/7. The other two did not respond to my call.
In desperation I called another number in the Yellow Pages "Call a Pro". Rick of Rick E Enterprises responded, came to the house, troubleshot all the breaker box, wiring, electrical outlets, and found the major problem was an outlet in a bathroom that was damaged from power surge. He replaced it and the power was restored. He was careful and professional. I give him high praise and will call him whenever I need electrical service.
