Yes, Mr [redacted] did cancel his extented warranty. I wrote check number [redacted] for 2846.75 today 10-13-14. will be mailed 10-14-14 because today is a postal holiday. the reason for the delay is because we paid the warranty company and we are waiting for refund from them.

I do thank the Revdex.com for their help in settling this issue. It should not have gone this far in the first place.
